HANDMADE IN STORE

From our sausages and burgers to our pies and sausage rolls, much of our produce is handmade in store by our butchers and deli staff, using the finest quality, locally sourced meat and ingredients to ensure the best flavour.

REGIONAL PRODUCE

We are renowned for our faggots, a regional favourite, as well as our haslet and traditional pork pies, all handmade made in the shop. We also champion other local, regional foods such as Cropwell Bishop Stilton, Lincolnshire Poacher and Red Leicester cheese.

FRIENDLY TEAM

All our team are passionate about butchery and food.  They have excellent knowledge of our produce, from suppliers to butchery cuts and cooking methods and they are always on hand and willing to give advice.

SHAPING THE FUTURE

We recognise the importance of finding and developing new talent, to pass the craft of butchery onto the next generation.  Both of our senior butchers, Dave & Adrian began their careers as apprentices and they now pass their skills onto new apprentices, who are trained in our shop.

Tuesday 19th & Wednesday 20th December – closed for order preparation
Thursday 21st & Friday 22nd December – 8.30am-5.30pm
Saturday 23rd December – 8am-2pm
Christmas Eve – 8am-1pm
Christmas Day to Wednesday 27th December – closed
Thursday 28th & Friday 29th December – 8.30am-5.30pm
Saturday 30th December – 8am-2pm
New Years Eve – Tuesday 2nd January – closed
Wednesday 3rd January – opening hours return to normal
